01400 - Suspension Level Control
Hello, I have recently had a problem with my air suspension, I get three error codes, 1577.1400.2250. As soon as I start driving, the yellow light starts flashing. I have VCDS. Can someone help me how I can identify the problem?
In the meanwhile I have read out with VCDS:01577 - Turn-Off due to Over-Temp

Hallo.
Problems with „over temp“ is coming up cause your compressor is not working that effectiv —> dischargevalve get slightly broken—> temp raise over 130 degrees celcius.
Suspension level exceed —> one or more valves to hold min-pressure in the airspring are defect. —> valve duty cicle limit exceeds

In order to solve the problem, should I replace the compressor?
Or is there a kind of repairkit I can buy to fix the compressor?

First of all i would change the valves on the airsprings. As an VCDS-User you can depressure each airspring to proove it. maybe you can see it where the level of your car is too high. This the seriuos problem.
Sometimes an error „over temp“ is in case of the mileage „normal“. But it shows the compressor is running out of lifetime. Sooner or later. As far as the car levels correct and the error appears not that much it will be not really serious. You understand?

Yes, you can try it and overhaul the compressor.

I found a movie on the inetrnet, this person have replaced the same? vaalvesn right?

Some additional information, on the picture you can see that te car is quite heigh in the rear. Yesterday I tried to lower the suspension rear left , rear right, front left , front rear with VCDS, but is doesn't work.

Look on your posted VCDS-Picture no. 4. The value „rear left“ is to much. So i would change this first.

These are two different problems. The „serious“ Problem is the valve for pressure-hold on the airspring.
