Vibrieren und Rasseln bei kaltem Motor

Hallo zusammen,

Ich habe seit die Tage kälter geworden sind jeden Tag das selbe Problem mit meinem FoFo 1.5 EB 150PS Schalter. Wenn ich den Motor starte, vibriert es ziemlich stark aus dem Bereich Armaturenbrett / Motorraum, was nach ca einer Minute wieder verschwindet. Das größere Problem ist jedoch, dass der Motor rasselt wenn man einen Lastwechsel hat bzw vom Gas geht. Ich habe das ganze mal als Video aufgenommen.

Hat jemand eine Ahnung woran das liegen kann?

I reported it to my handler several times, and the answers were:

• it is the nature of this motor
• they started a Focus (without me) with the same engine and they claim it has the same sound
• the vibration in the interior are within the tolerance (I can feel on the steering wheel and in the seat, that the car is shaking irregularly)
• lets wait until for the check engine light

So I made my own inspections and found out, that the sound is coming from the turbo heat shield. I have bought ETIS subscription and I temporarly removed the heat shield following the instructions. I have tested it in idle and the sound has dissapeard. Since it is a result of the vibration, I can think of two things. 1: engine torque mount (or other mounts) 2: turbo downpipe (could be the hangers)

On a side note, I also had the rattling muffler defect which has been changed to the upgraded version. It could be related to the downpipe theorie.

I was asking my handler to inspect the engine and transmission mounts. They said everything is fine. I do not think they really done it. Since I only belive if I have inspected it myself, my next step is jack up the car and check out the whole exhaust system. Not to mention they used the cheapest exhaust clamp when installed the new muffler. The clamp is leaking exhaust gas and condensation fluid. So I have bought a good clamp and do the joining myself. Hallo zusammen,

Ich muss mein eigenes Thema nach knapp einem Jahr wieder aufgreifen.

Das Rasseln bei Gaswegnahme (Von ca. 4000 bis 1250 rpm) ist in den letzten Monaten vor allem bei warmem Motor immer lauter geworden, so dass ich gestern das Auto deswegen zu Ford gebracht habe.

Die Diagnose ist eine defekte Membran, vmtl. Im Druckwandler (Hat man mir am Telefon nicht genauer gesagt), dadurch entsteht bei Gaswegnahme ein lautes Klappern.

Laut Ford muss hier voraussichtlich der ganze Turbolader getauscht werden, geht zum Glück auf Garantie.

Das ganze gibt mir dann schon zu denken, wie es sein kann, dass nach nur 47.000km so ein Schaden entstehen kann.
