hier im Forum habe ich den Bericht zu Lupo über mobile.de (Betrug) gefunden. Da aktuell wieder ein Angebot zu POLO herumgeistert, schreibe ich hier mal neu dazu.

Habe ebenfalls mit einem Rentner-Ehepaar aus Dänemark, das ein Haus in Köln hatte und nun in Frederikshavn/Nordjylland, Dänemark wohnen soll) wegen einem Polo 1.2 Highline Navi, Leder, Klima zu 3.880,- EUR über mobile. de Kontakt. Haargenau dieselbe mail (es war seine zweite nach meiner Rückantwort) mit demselben Schreibfehler: ...."no tehnical problems". Ich sollte auch per Western Union Geld auf meinen Namen zu unserem Meetingort Hamburg transferieren. Sein Absender war:

Die Anzeige war am 01. Mai 2009 geschaltet, dann wieder gelöscht und wieder am 03. Mai 2009 nur kurz geschaltet. Habe darauf nochmal mit andrer Absenderadresse kontaktiert, diesmal sein Absender :

...und wieder dieselbe mail wie beim erstenmal erhalten (seine erste mail mit Foto eines netten älteren Paares und Foto des Polos als 2stes Bild, also nicht auf ei8nem Foto zusammen, seine Frau soll heißen Bianca) :

Echt schade wegen dem schönen Polo, dass es sich hier Betrug handelt. Kann man nicht aufgrund der Fotos und der Email-Adressen was herausfinden? Ist das Foto identisch mit den vorhergehenden Fangangeboten? Wer mögen diese Leute sein, die gar nichts davon wissen, dass sie "benutzt" werden?

Hallo Molida,

fast die gleiche Story bei mir. Stehe mit dieser Gang aktuell im Mail Kontakt. Nur dieses mal ist ihr angeblicher alter Wohnort Nürnberg und die Übergabe des Polo der dieses mal einen Hubraumzuwachs bekommen hat auf 1,4 ltr. Hannover. Er heisst jetzt nich mehr Halma (oder so) sondern Kjeld und Sofie Gunne. Ich soll das Geld auf MEINEN Namen nach Hannover überweisen dann wäre es sicher, hahaha. 3000 Euro soll ich überweisen. Die Karre wäre das doppelte Wert. Die Dänemark Story ist die gleiche, mit kleinen Abwandlungen zu deiner Geschichte. Also schon recht kreativ. Nur kam mir ein Däne mit so perfektem english sofort verdächtig vor. Die Sache hab ich mal Western Union per Mail geschickt und denen telefonisch Bescheid gegeben. Die fanden das auch keinesfalls witzig das man hier versucht deren Namen in den Dreck zu ziehen. Man kann das Geld dann in ganz Deutschland abheben d.h. man kann es nur auf das Land beziehen keinesfalls auf eine einzelne Filiale so wie der Typ meinte.(den Pass der benötigt wird wird gefälscht) Vielleicht kann man ja da was machen und ihm ne Falle stellen. Ich denke mal nicht das er meinen Beitrag hier im Forum finden wird.

Also, Molida schrieb es ja schon, V O R S I C H T !!!! so werden Träumer bestraft.

Hallo Joerg,

es wird wohl nie jemand jemals dahinterkommen, wer die Drahtzieher dieser Fangaktionen sind. Mich hat auch das perfekte Englisch des "Dänen" verwundert.

Habe die Sache beim Zentralen Kriminaldienst mit allen Informationen gemeldet und der nette Fachkommissar hat leider gesagt, dass sich über Internet und Mailadressen die wahre Identität nie ermitteln lässt.

Das einzige was wir tun können ist, in Foren wie z.B. hier immer wieder zu warnen. Es gibt leider doch oft Menschen, die bei so verlockenden Angeboten und Unkenntnis der Gefahren drauf reinfallen.

Nur aufklären und nochmals aufklären mehr geht nicht, leider.

Aktuell hat mir der "Däne", da ich ihm vorgeschlagen habe, ihn in seinem Heimatort zu aufzusuchen, folgendes geschrieben:

"Because of German registration and plates, according to Danish laws for foreign cars selling, the deal with a new owner must be done ONLY in Germany. This is why we cannot meet in Denmark or in any other country then Germany."

Meine Frage an alle: Stimmt das eigentlich so?

Alles in allem, scheint ein pfiffiger schlauer Kopf dahinter zu stehen. Was die Sache äußerst gefährlich für alle Kaufinteressenten macht, meine ich!!

Habe durchaus schon gehört, dass sich manche, um sich ein gutes Angebot zu sichern, auch sogar bereit sind, Vorkasse zu zahlen (vor allem, wenn das Angebot nicht in der Region um die Ecke war) und dabei mehr Glück als Verstand hatten. Nicht geprellt wurden.

So bin ich weiterhin auf Suche nach einem bezahlbaren nicht gar zu alten Polo mit Klimaanlage.

so weit wie du schreibst bin ich noch nicht. Ich habe auch den Vorschlag gemacht nach Dänemark zu fahren :-)) da waren wir ja beide nicht dumm. Habe auch Flansburg vorgeschlagen. Bin mal gespannt was jetzt kommt. Wird aber wahrscheinlich ähnlich wie bei dir. Das da ein kluger Kopf hintersteckt ist so gut wie Fakt. Er ändert seine tränenreiche Geschichte jeweils passend ab. Das Grundprinzip steht zwar aber seine Frauen wechseln wohl häufig :-)) seine neue heisst Sofie, is nix mehr mit Bianca. Das man dort das Auto nicht kaufen könnte ist schlichtweg Quatsch. Wenn es denn das Auto geben würde und es hätte deutsche Kennzeichen was sollte dich dann aufhalten, überleg doch mal. Demnach wäre ja Tax und alles bezahlt. Sonst wäre ja keine Zulassung in D erfolgt. Leider hast du insoweit Recht das er garantiert Dumme finden wird oder schon hat die Ihm das abkaufen. Einer von 10 reicht doch da in der Regel schon. Western Union hat sich eben per Mail gemeldet und sich mehrfach für den Hinweis bedankt. Mobile.de hat auch nen Hinweis bekommen. Dein Haljama oder wie der heisst ist auch wieder mit dem 1,2 er vertreten. (eben noch gesehen und Inserat beanstandet) Mein 1,4 highline aus 2003 ist zzt. nicht im Rennen. Naja ich werd den Typ wenn er noch mal mailt erstmal richtig verarschen und ihm mitteillen das ich doch bezahlen will. Ma sehn was er dann macht. Hast du ihn jetzt abgewimmelt? Würde gern ma mit dir telefonieren/persönlich mailen, geht das hier ohne öffentlich zu posten?

leider muss ich mich der reihe der "fast" abgezockten einreihen.

genau das gleiche spiel bei mir mit nem polo. mir war die sache von vorne rein etwas zu spanisch. vorallem weil die direkt ihre lebensgeschichte erzählen. in meinem fall ein ferienhaus in braunschweig. die gehen überhaupt nicht auf die emails ein die man schreibt. ich wollte gott sei dank eine sicherheit haben in form von z.b: fax fahrzeugschein, foto mit fahrzeug und dem ehepaar oder ein ausweis mit foto. ein schlägertrupp wäre mir echt lieber gewesen. ich wäre da sowieso mit 3-4 freunden hingefahren, die sich dann abseitsgehalten hätten. naja... hier mal die kopie der letzten mail:

Hallo Tavis, sieht nach paste and copy aus.

Aktuell habe ich mal wieder ein tolles Angebot. Diesmal ein Mr Markus Barns aus United Kingdom. Eigentlich ein Inserat (mobile.de) für einen PEUGEOT 206HDI eco 70 Grand Filou EZ 2004, 76TKM zu 2600,-EUR, Standort Köln. Da hätte ich es auch gern abgeholt, doch leider ist er wegen seiner Arbeit nun in United Kingdom und kann das Auto dort nicht mehr gebrauchen. Er wollte das Auto von da verschiffen lassen mit http://www.ecar-shipping.com.

IST DAS AUCH NE KRUMME SACHE?

ich vermute mal, es ist in deinem fall auch eine abzocke.

die homepage von denen sieht ja mal ziemlich billig aus.

habe auch kein impressum gefunden. schon ziemlich verdächtig.

da würde ich definitiv die finger von lassen. als nächstes kommt nämlich

die mail dass er eine sicherheit möchte, weil er ja das auto sonst umsont verschickt.

genau dann kommt wieder diese western-union geschichte ins spiel.

hi Tavis,

na klar ist es ne Abzocke. In deinem Fall die klassische Variante. Natürlich kommt irgendwann die western union Geschichte. Es wäre auch nicht verwunderlich wenn es da an irgendeinem Schalter in Deutschland eine undichte Stelle gibt bei der man dann auch mit einem falschen Pass problemlos Geld abheben kann. Das ist alles durchorganisiert bis ins Detail. Sobald dein Geld abgeliefert ist ist es gleichzeitig weg. Sobald der englische Quatsch kommt weg damit. Aber es gibt leider immer noch Leute die meinen echt sooo ein Geschäft machen zu können. Da wird doch mittlerweile in jeder Fernsehsendung vor gewarnt.

ES SCHENKT EINEM NIEMAND ETWAS. Wer das trotzdem glaubt soll hinterher nicht rumheulen.

das die sich immer neue Geschichten ausdenken ist doch auch klar. Die Polizei kann da leider dann auch nix machen. Das hab ich schon probiert. Obwohl ich garantiert nichts überwiesen habe oder jemals werde.

Der Kontakt zu der Bande steht ja noch per Mail, jetzt kriegen DIE mal ne Heulgeschichte von mir, hahaha. Vielleicht überweisen die ja dann mal was :-)))

So wird es gemacht: Auto aussuchen, Geld inne Tasche, Karre beim Verkäufer angucken, Schlüssel, Kaufvertrag, freudig nach Hause. Anders niemals !!!!!!!

Auch ich hatte das Vergnügen, mit dem "netten" dänischen Alfred Selberg E-Mail Kontakt zu haben...bis gestern, als ich Gott sei Dank diese Seite gefunden habe und sehr erstaunt darüber war, alle meine drei Briefe...Wort für Wort...hier zu finden!

Bei uns war es ein VW Polo 1.9 TDI Highline Leder Creme, für 3.890 €, von einem Alfred Selberg in Köln mit der E-Mail Adresse:

Gleiche Vorgehensweise: 1. Mail mit Foto des netten älteren Ehepaares und Bild von Auto, dann war plötzlich die Anzeige auf mobile.de raus...der E-mail Kontakt ging weiter mit dem Vorschlag des Treffpunktes (sollte bei uns in Bielefeld sein, Altstadt Hotel in der Ritterstraße 15) und als dritte Mail dann seine Bedingung, 3.500 € über Wester Union Office als Sicherheit zu schicken, dass wir auch wirklich zum Treffpunkt erscheinen und er nicht umsonst 800 km fahren muß.

Nie haben wir dran gedacht, die ganze Zeit mit solch einem BETRÜGER zu kommunizieren. Aber mal eben 3.500 € zu verschicken, schien uns dann doch zu gefährlich, so dass wir zu unserer Bank gegangen sind und dort um Rat gefragt haben. Der nette Bankangstellte (für Auslandsgeschäfte) gab uns dann aber den Tip, die Finger davon zu lassen, weil über diesen Weg - mit der Western Union - es Betrügern leicht gemacht wird, an Geld dran zu kommen....

Hätte schon fast wieder dem "lieben dänischen" Mr. Selberg geschrieben, dass wir nicht bereit sind im Voraus Geld zu überweisen, sondern lieber vor Ort bar bezahlen wollen...Doch wofür hat man das Internet? Ich gab dann unter Google: Western Union/Forum ein und siehe da...ich lande auf dieser Seite und lese alle meine Briefe, Wort für Wort. Danke an meine Vorgänger!!!

Hab dann aber trotztem kurz zurückgeschrieben, ihm die Meinung gesagt, seine nette frau Bianca (oder doch Sofie??) grüßen lassen :-)

Ich hoffe sehr, dass man solche BETRÜGER mal endlich kriegt und ordentlich dafür bestraft.

Es kommt noch dicker,

ich wollte mein Fahrzeug verkaufen, da meldete sich ein Engländer, der bot mir noch 2000 €mehr. Sein Beruf ist Autoverkäufer. Er meinte daß er das Fahrzeug an ein Käufer schon so gut wie verkauft hat, aber er etwas daran verdienen will. Der angebliche Käufer überweist mir dann das Geld mit einem Check auf meiner Bank, ich soll es dann 10 Tage beobachten ob alles OK ist. dann holt er das Fahrzeug mit einer Spedition ab. Den Mehrbetrag von 2000€ (seine Provision) soll ich auf ein Konto der Western Union Bank überweisen.

Klingt doch gut , oder ? Ich ging zur Bank und erkundigte mich, nach welcher Zeit man den Check zurückziehen kann. Nach 6 Wochen ist die Zeit verstrichen. Na prima dachte ich. Fahrzeug weg, 2000 € weg und ich bin dann schlauer geworden. Ne ne ich ließ es sein ,schrieb den Guten er solle das Bargeld mit der Spedition mitschicken. Es kam nie eine Antwort.

Hallo,

ich habe in den letzten Tagen die gleiche Geschichte mitgemacht. Allerdings handelte es sich diesmal um einen Volvo V70. Der Name der Person war diesmal Anton Tofting. Auch hier wurde die Anzeige ständig neu geschaltet. Ich habe die gleichen englischen Mails bekommen wie schon oben beschrieben und auch die gleichen Bilder. Bei der Kopie seines Western Union Vertrages, der wesentlich anders aussah als der der Postbank, habe ich dann nach einer Kopie des Fahrzeugscheins gefragt, aber anstatt dieser kam nur eine kurze Antwort mit der Bitte, dass ich jetzt auch eine Quittung faxen soll.

Ich habe es dann zum Glück gelassen!!

Wie schon oben beschrieben, werde ich nun auch nur noch in einem bestimmten Umkreis nach Autos suchen, hinfahren, anschauen und kaufen!!

We are glad for your answer.

The car is in perfect condition, it has never been involved in any accident (accident-free), no tehnical problems (engine works ok), no any scratches or dents on the car body. It has valid TüV/ASU, all the taxes in Germany are paid and all inspections are done and noted in the car's Service Book.

We both are non-smokers, nobody ever smoked inside the car.

I inform you that you can use our plates (german signs) for your return back home drive, this is no problem for us.

As i already announced you we are in Sweden now (also the car stands here in Malmö), but if you are decided to have a meeting to see the car i am ready to meet you in Germany.

I propose you a meeting at the end of next week, Saturday morning the 19 December, in Hannover. I think it is a good place for us both.

There will be no need for any other meeting, we will manage the documents for sale in order and you can take the car with you immediately.

If you will accept i will look for a hotel to stay for me and my wife and i will inform you about the place of meeting.

We will arrive there with one day before our meeting and we will wait for you at the hotel reception. You can decide time when you will arrive.

I am glad to inform you about the place for our meeting, at Maritim Hotels Grand Hotel on 19 DECEMBER (Friedrichswall 11, 30159 Hannover). I will arrive there on Friday evening and we will have our meeting on Saturday morning.

I am ready to meet you as we agreed and finish the deal, but before all things I must be sure that you will be there and i will not make 600 km for nothing...i hope you understand me!

For that reason i have a proposal for you.

My wife Elisabeth will go to the Western Union Office here in Malmö and she will make a transfer ON MY NAME with destination Hannover. I will be the beneficiary of 3420 EURO in Hannover (the place of our meeting). I think that the sum is considerable as a proof of coming. So, this will be the proof for you that i will be there to meet you! As soon as the transfer is finished i will scan the paper of my transfer and i will send you by e-mail!

The same thing I want from you! Your wife or a good friend of you can go to the Western Union Office (Minuten-Service Einsahlung) there in your town to any Western Union office and make a transfer of 3420 EURO ON YOUR NAME with destination Hannover. I want to see you the beneficiary of 3420 EURO in Hannover! This will be the proof for me that you have the money and you will come there to meet me!

My point is that after i will see this transfer on your name i will be sure that you will be there and we will go together to the WesternUnion in Hannover to take our money back.

Maybe you are worry about the transfer tax that your wife will pay about 150 euro, but because this condition is put by me, i will give you the money-tax back when we will meet.

I told you, I'm ready to meet you, but without this proof i will not accept to make this long road to Germany without any result.

I will wait for your decision regarding my only condition in this deal.
