Waschwasserbehälter Schlauch reparieren. Bräuchte ein paar Tipps.
Hallo,
an meinem Passat CC hat der Schlauch am Waschwasserbehälter zur Scheinwerferreinigungsanlage zwei kleine Löcher (siehe Bild im Anhang).
Lasse jetzt erstmal das ganze Wasser raus. Wollte schon den Schlauch vom Behälter abziehen, geht irgendwie nicht.
Mein nächstes Vorhaben wäre, den Schlauch abschneiden und mit einem Schlauch aus Weich-PVC überbrücken.
Habt ihr vielleicht noch ein paar Tipps um es zu reparieren ohne dass man die ganze Stoßstange demontieren muss?

Kannst du mir die Größe von dem Verbinder nennen?
Unfortunately I do not know the dimension.
Mostly in all the best stores, spare car parts have pvc splitters in 90% of the case is a universal dimension and costs a pair of euros ;) so you take 2-3 different dimensions, one must be appropriate. ;)
I´ve found two different sizes. 6mm and 8mm.

If you have a schubler to measure the outer wall ... the inner wall will be about 2mm smaller.. it has to be a little wider PVC divider hose than the pipe, of course :)
I think it will be 6mm at least in the image you put,
as far as I can see.
ok, then tomorrow I will measure the hose and go straight to the hardware store. :D

I do not know (I do not remember) if the inner wall of the tube is ribbed or straight ... I think it's ribbed so be careful;)
es sind 4mm innendurchmesser. ich muss leider die stoßstange doch ausbauen.
they are 4mm inside diameter. Unfortunately I have to remove the bumper.
why do you have to remove the bumper?
Der Schlauch und der Schlauchverbinder ist so hart, dass ich keine Kraft an dieser Ecke anwenden kann um es drauf zu kriegen.
The hose and hose connector is so hard that I can not use any force on this corner to get on it.
