Maybe anyone here has encountered such an issue.

Its random as far as I can tell.

Whenever I turn the ignition key (and not start the engine), I get the error on the dashboard, when connecting through Torque app via simple OBD tool, I get P0002 code (I cant see the subcode if there is any).

Car starts with no issues and the error on dash immediately turns off (but stays in the ECU).

The car drives perfectly fine as far as I can tell, there is no limp mode or anything.

Whenever I clear the error, it can come out next day or same day. And it only shows up before the engine is on.

I was thinking of replacing both 0928400680 and 55576178 however as I read these parts, when faulty, most often have symptoms like fluctuating revs or limp mode etc.

any help would be appreciated :)

Hi,

looking into my list it's the following error

P0002 rail preasure => out of rated range

P0002 magnetic fuel valve => out of rated range

There is a problem with the fuel regulation system, it seems that the regulation valve is not properly working.

Best regards

Stephan

good morning

It may also be that the DTC/error code was read incorrectly!

As a normal OBD code it would be-

Error code P0002

Fuel Delivery Range/Performance Control Valve Circuit

Silent callbacks

The engine warning light is on

Check the following components

System components

Bosch, EDC16C39, with diesel particulate filter, (2007 - 2008)

Motor control

Check the following components

Solenoid valve mixture regulation

Fuel pressure sensor

As a manufacturer specific DTC/error code error code P1002

Injector 1 circuit low

System components

Bosch, EDC16C39, with diesel particulate filter, (2007 - 2008)

Motor control

Check the following components

Fuel pump with level sensor

Fuel pump relay

Kind regards

moin

Es kann auch sein das der DTC/Fehlercode falsch ausgelesen wurde!

Als normaler OBD Code wäre es-

Fehlercode P0002

Stromkreis Regelventil Kraftstoffförderung Bereich/Leistung

Stille Rückrufe

Die Motorwarnleuchte brennt

Die folgenden Komponenten prüfen

System Komponenten

Bosch, EDC16C39, Mit Dieselpartikelfilter, (2007 - 2008)

Motorsteuerung

Die folgenden Komponenten prüfen

Magnetventil Gemischregulierung

Krafstoffdrucksensor

Als Herstellerspezifischer Dtc/Fehlercode Fehlercode P1002

Stromkreis Einspritzventil 1 niedrig

System Komponenten

Bosch, EDC16C39, Mit Dieselpartikelfilter, (2007 - 2008)

Motorsteuerung

Die folgenden Komponenten prüfen

Kraftstoffpumpe mit Niveausensor

Kraftstoffpumpenrelais

@rosi03677 thanks a lot, that actually makes some sense for pump level senor or pump relay, because the mixture valve would not be included in this part as engine is not yet started. it could also be the pressure sensor of course.

I will check with the repair shop
