E 63 AMG Coupé
Hallo liebe Community,
Mir ist aufgefallen, dass es bei der Limousine ein E63 AMG gibt, jedoch beim Coupe nicht.
Wisst ihr vlt warum? Normal sind die Motoren ja gefragt.

Vermutlich den Mercdes Martforschern zufolge leider nicht rentabel (genug).
Die motoren sind nicht gefragt.
Die zulassungszahlen für so einen Wagen sind marginal.

Laut AMG, war es ein Fehler keinen AMG Coupe raus zubringen. Es soll sich beim neuen Modell ändern.
Hauptgrund war, dass dieser Preislich nirgends rein passte. Preislich wäre dieser dem CLS ziemlich nahe und da wollte man keine Konkurrenz im eigenen Haus haben.
Preislich muss es halt ein Mittelmaß von C AMG und CLS AMG sein und das scheint nicht so einfach zu sein.

So sieht es aus. Mein DANKE hast Du eben bekommen. Es war ein Fehler und brachte mich von dem damals CLK 55 AMG Cabrio (über Umwege) zum E 500 Cabrio. Mangels AMG Alternative und Wunsch nach 4 Sitzen. Auch wenn der E 500 mittlerweile mehr Power als mein damaliger CLK 55 hat (367 PS), ist es doch noch ein Unterschied einen AMG zu fahren. Erst recht wenn die neuen Modelle jetzt viel fahraktiver sind als damals.
Wenn das C 63 Cabrio kommen würde, wäre meine Notwendigkeit für ein E 63 Cabrio zwar geringer, aber da ist die Mercedes / AMG Strategie noch ein wenig undurchsichtig. Ich wette aber, dass es in Zukunft in jeder Modellreihe die AMG Varianten gibt, da sie von Beginn an gleich mitgeplant werden.
Ein AMG Thread ist für e46e übrigens der völlig falsche Bereich

Ok, bekommst nen daumen hoch. Ist trotzdem nicht plausibel. Dann dürfte es ja such kein m3 oder m6 geben, weil die dem m5 konkurrenz machen.

Siehe C63 deswegen hätte es sich gelohnt
Jeder AMG findet seinen Abnehmer! Konkurenz hin oder her... der eine findet das coupe schöner und wiederum ein anderer den cls. ich persönlich wäre interessiert an einem e coupe amg gewesen! Jetzt gebe ich mich erstmal mit dem 5.5 e500 zufrieden
