Elektrische Schiebetüren öffnen nicht..
Ich bin leider nicht sehr gut Deutsch zu screiben,so ich versuche in EnglischBitte in Deutsch antworten )
Last night I forgot to turn the ignition of on my 2011 Sharan.
After I started the car with cables from my Golf the doors and backdoor would not open or close electrically. I have experienced this before, but it has always started working again after manually open and close the doors.
This time the doors have not started working properly again. They are closing, but not opening. I can not open them whether from front button,B-pilar button, door handle in and out or from the key.
What is wrong. Are there a seperat fuse for opening? Shall something be reseted?
Hope for a good answer.
Grüsse aus Norwegen

Batterie zu schwach.....
Hallo,
I see there is a possibility to disconnect the door from the power opening. I have tried ,but it seems that this is not working either.
The door is closing as normal, but is not opening at all. When I stop the door when closing and pull the handle again, the door continues to close.
I just hope this is not another 1000 Euro control unit that has to be replaced..
Can it still be the battery? The start/stop-system is working,so I doubt that the battery-level is low..
I'm sorry my english is also not the best.
Is it possible that one of the systems saved a wrong setting due to the empty
battery? What do you think about closing all the doors and disconnect the battery
for 10 minutes (??) for a complete reset? Maybe the same with complete open doors?
It's just an idea...

I have disconnrected the battery for an hour with closed doors. I will try the same with open doors..
When the car ran out of battery the right door was open. I closed it by hand before I charged the battery because it started to rain heavily..
Also just for safety: are you able to measure the voltage of the battery?
Sometimes an high voltage ist also a prob..

Charged battery: I hope you disconnect the battery when charging.
Otherwise a voltage peak could damaged the system of the car...

I used cables from my Golf 6. The cables have fuses to protect against such peaks..
I also totally discharged the battery last weekend. It is possible that the battery is damaged.
Sehe ich auch so....

I have now replaced the battery with a brand new one.
The same problem is still there. The doors will not open, but closes like normal.
Suddenly one of the doors(links) started to work again.
The right one still only closing.
Very strange
Und jetzt funkioniert alles!
Warum weiss ich nicht..
