Excessive consumption 2000 E320
I noticed that my 2000 E320 gets 20litres/100km combined driving cycle.... No check engine light no error codes... please help

any hunting in idle after coldstart occured?
When no MIL and no error codes associated with high fuel consumption, there is evidence that air flow sensor and or lamda probe/s don't work properly.
Also check complete air-intake system including airfilter, intake manifold concernig leakage and fouling.
Not to be sneezed at possible wear of spark plugs.

No hunting in idle at all.
No MIL but I saw P0300 P0301 today. I'll get to the cylinder one tomorrow...one of the sparkplugs there was not fired up properly... Suspecting a leaky injector...
Quite likely, incomplete combustion also occured in other cylinders, though it's not yet been indicated as error code p030x .

Thank you! I have dealt with the p0301. However there are recurring fault codes p0720 and p0600
I observed that these codes come on after a rainfall or driving through wet surfaces..any advice?
Check wiring harness and connectors related to transmission speed sensor and connection to ECU. Look both for corroded connector's pins and damaged wire insulations.

Sits in the transmission. Hydraulic unit has to be removed. Then the electronics can be replaced.
That's impossible here, getting a replacement transmission is cheaper....but I'm tired of the p0705 and p0720 always appearing
A transmission is definitely not cheaper. Replacing the electronics takes you around one hour.

The electronics are known to fail. First thing I do whenever I get a 722.6 equipped car or a used 722.6 transmission is to replace above parts, clean the hydraulic unit and replace the KÜB valve.
Mal in Deutsch der hat 20 Liter verbrauch Zündungs Fehler und jetzt gibts ne Sensorplatte für die EHS ?
Aus der Diskussion halte ich mich raus. Er fragte nach dem Getriebe, ich habe geantwortet.
Vom TE kommen nicht die nötigen Infos, um eine Ferndiagnose auch nur ansatzweise durchführen zu können. An dem Wagen wird einiges sein.
