Hochton nach Start/Stopp Automatik
Hi zusammen,
ich habe den 35TFSI (Mildhybrid, 48V-Bordnetz, RSG).
Seit kurzem fällt mir auf, dass sobald der Motor aus dem "Stopp-Modus" bzw. aus dem Segeln (Motor schaltet sich während der Fahrt ab) wieder startet ein sehr hoher Ton ertönt. Nicht sehr laut, hörbar wenn Radio aus.
Ich habe das Gefühl, dass dieses Geräusch aus dem Kasten unterhalb vom Beifahrersitz kommt (ich glaube das ist die Batterie, oder?). Bin mir aber nicht zu 100% sicher, ob es von da kommt, oder von woanders im Inneraum.
Kennt jemand dieses Geräusch?

Ja kennen wir alle beim Golf8. Ist aber momentan Stand der Technik. Es gibt dazu noch keine Lösung.
Ich höre es bei meinem ganz ganz selten.

Hat Audi/VW dazu mal nen Grund genannt? Also was das auslöst?
Kannst mal im Golf Forum nach dem Thread schauen. Ich glaube nicht genau. Es soll mit der Batterie unter dem Beifahrersitz zusammen hängen.

Auslöser ist die 48V Batterie unterm Beifahrersitz.
I have the same problem. I did not find a solution. Audi tells me that is normal but they did not try to understand. The noise is very annoying. What's the month and year of your car?

I dont know the manufactur month and year of my car... Where can i find it?
you can see this information in the instruction manual on the label which is pasted the month and year of production. or under the boot floor on a label.
did you take your car to Audi to solve this problem?

The production date is 10/20 (I found it in the Vehicle registration document)
I will have next week a Meeting at audi, because they have to change a mirror (scratch on it).
I will tell them that they have to look (better hear ;)) at the noise.
Ergebnis Audi heute: Es ist die 48V Batterie und damit ein verbundes Relais.
Und man kann nichts ändern...

No, Audi says its normal.
The noise is really quiet at my car, so it isnt so annoying and i dont have it every time
Ich werde versuchen herauszufinden, welcher Raum dieses Geräusch macht. Vielleicht verschwindet das Geräusch durch den Austausch.
Vielleicht ist die Lösung auf erWin, wenn jemand Zugriff darauf hat, kann er uns sagen, vielen Dank

Es ist ein Relais der 48V Batterie unter dem Beifahrersitz
Danke schön. Ich werde versuchen, die Teilenummer zu finden, um sie zu ändern und zu sehen, ob das Geräusch verschwindet. Aber ich weiß nicht, wo ich es finden kann. Vielleicht existiert eine Lösung auf erWin, aber ich habe keinen Zugriff darauf
