JA.. und die guten kosten dann 700,- EUR.
Ich habe bei meinem den Riss auch schweißen lassen. Extra beim Experten mit Wolframspitze und langsamen Abkühlen im Sand. Gehalten hat es nicht. Da ist einfach zu viel Hitze und Verspannung und dann ist er einfach 3mm weiter neben dem alten Riss wieder gerissen.
Also habe ich sie am Ende entsorgt.

Super, Danke für den Tipp, sieht aus als hätte er was.
Die verschicken auch nach Deutschland, aber eventuell brauchst du noch mehr Teile und kannst sie im Importservicecontainer mitschicken? US-importservice.de, da geht der nächste Container in 30 Tagen.

Da hatte ich auch schon geschaut, das sind aber keine original Gusskrümmer. Dougs sind Fächerkrümmer.
Und glaub mir, egal was da steht: Irgendwas passt eh wieder nicht, hier eine Leitung im Weg, da ein Lenkgetriebe.
Jede Menge Platz im Motorraum, aber dann scheitert es dann an 5mm.

Sending parts to international customers is not a problem. It does require a little more time and effort for you as well as it does for us. The best way to ship parts to you is through the US Postal Service.
Here in the United States we ship out many orders in a day and have regular UPS and FedEx pick up. UPS & FedEx international shipping is very expensive and we do not feel comfortable shipping that way. If you have your own FedEx , DHL or UPS account you can schedule a pick up from your end, after the item has been paid for. We are no longer billing shipments to customer accounts or taking credit cards on that type of shipment.
We ship most international packages though the United States Postal Service. This is the best way to do international business with us. We ship using USPS Priority International (no flat rate boxes). You can get an approximate rate quote on line at http://ircalc.usps.gov/ We do not give shipping cost estimates, so please do not ask. All packages are shipped with insurance and signature confirmation or return receipt when available on all International orders. What is your order going to weigh? What will the final package size be? Your guess is as good as mine, we do not know until the items have been packaged and we do not package an item until we have an order for it. When we ship a package USPS we charge by shipping + insurance + return receipt or signature confirmation rounded up to the nearest whole pound + $2.50 packing. das werd ich auch so machen ( eilt nicht, Auto ist bis zum Frühling stillgelegt ).
Bin noch am abklären ob die vom Importservice mir die Teile zu mir nach Österreich schicken.

Das würde bei ca. 150€ bleiben und wäre überschaubar, was sagst du dazu ?

Hab jetzt bestellt, mal sehen was das wird. Bei mir haben die Vorgänger schon versucht zu schweißen :-)
