Opel Corsa C Njoy, 2003 Blaupunkt CAR 2003 Radio doesnt show "SAFE" or the "10 ----"

So hey Guys, i got a opel corsa c njoy 2003 model, i got the blaupunkt car 2003 radio and since u unlock it by holding the AS Button and the round button by its side, i get the beep sound but im not getting the "SAFE" nor the "10 ----" message, i just bought this car yesterday and cant find a solution to it, after beeping the screen just stays blank and i cant use it anyway, can u guys help me? would really be appreciated. first image is before beep second after the beep sound.
