Mercedes Marco Polo pop top roof not operating

Hello ?? could anyone please help? On campsite arrived yesterday, pop top opened no problem & then closed again, arrived back at the campsite after a trip out and the pop top has elevated tilted on passenger side? Managed to do all emergency shut from under the cooker but now will not open at all just keeps beeping when attempts are made TIA
